COMING IN MAY - 3 Separate Classes

Olive Oil and Balsamic Tasting – Saturday, May 6th – 3 pm

Just before Mother’s Day – come and learn about the nuances and best use for our California Estate GrownExtra Virgin Olive Oils.  Find your favorite for your pantry and for Mother’s Day gifts!

Come play with your food!  Taste how the addition of different oil or vinegar changes the dynamics of a recipe.  We will dispel the myths about Extra Virgin Olive Oils and compare the differences of varietals. 

Come find your new favorites in an intimate fun setting. 

$20 for the class which includes a $15 product credit that day.


Cooking with EVOO – Saturday,  May 20th – 3 pm

We will take our most popular Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars and prepare a lively healthy 3 course meal using our EVOOs. 

We will be joined by Leah Ferrazzani the talent behind Los Angeles' Semolina Artisan Pasta Co.  

Learn more about how to cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oils and compare a few cooked mainstays to cooking with butter.  Butter doesn’t taste better!

$60 for the class which includes a $20 product credit that day.


No-Cow-Know-How - Cheese 101 – Saturday, June 3 (rescheduled from May 27!) – 3 pm

Learn about different types of cheese, how to pair cheeses with wines and beers and have a hands on experience stretching string cheese!  $40 for the class which includes a $10 product credit that day.

Any of the above classes can be reserved for private parties or in-home events on mutually agreeable dates and times.
