Cheese + Chocolate + Wine = Bliss 

Bliss out with us this Sunday - February 11 as we transform the original banquet rooms of the Green Hotel into an intimate bistro serving French and American Cheeses, our Belgian Chocolates, and wine selected for each pairing... can you say, "Oooo La La"?

We've been busy soaking creamy chèvre hearts in Kahula and dipping them in dark Belgian chocolate... way more complex than a Dove Bar and paired with a Vermentino... we expect your eyes to roll backwards.... that's just course one.

Course two - my favorite blue cheese that isn't blue - Blanc de Bleu with a slice of flourless Belgian white chocolate cake... and Les Sinneles Alsace Gewürztraminer.

And because we are noted for our grilled cheese sandwiches... we couldn't skip one - Beecher's Reserve Cheddar grilled and dipped in milk chocolate.  Served with Vignobles Bulliat, Margon.

And finally - Yes - four courses of indulgence... Beaufort, our favorite Savoie region cheese served with dark chocolate and almond brittle.  Served with Maury Sec, President Bories.
